I’m Lee, an RSSW, Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Workers, Psychotherapist based in Barrie, ON. I hold a BA in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Addictions Treatment and Prevention.

Anchor was born from personal experience. Living with chronic illnesses taught me lessons no textbook could. When I went looking for my own therapist; someone who understood both the emotional weight and the very real barriers to getting support, that person was hard to find.

This lit a fire in me that hasn’t gone out & that fire is what drives this work every single day.

You’re not too much. Your pain is real. Your grief matters. You don’t have to justify why you’re still struggling.

I work with individuals 12+ navigating chronic illness, chronic pain, medical gaslighting, disenfranchised grief, trauma, caregiver burnout, and the life transitions that make you question everything.

At Anchor, being believed isn’t something you have to earn. It’s where we start.
